Περίληψη

A fascinating journey through the pre-historic civilizations of Greece as well as an introduction to ancient Greek art for children. In these nine stories, the exhibits —selected for their importance from a scientific and educational point of view— break out of their display cases, emerge from their ‘Sleeping Beauty’ slumber in the museum, reclaim life and movement, and become heroes in an adventure. The stories are accompanied by an archaeological appendix, which concisely presents each work included in the book. A valuable resource for teachers, students, and every adult who wants to discover Greek prehistoric art in a quick and simple fashion.
