Kastaniotis Editions S.A was established in 1968 by Athanassios Kastaniotis, who is today the Chairman and Managing Director of the Publishing Company.

Ulysses is an eccentric author who lives a secluded life in a mountain community. Blues is a proof reader and documentary film director; concentrating on the homeless and the displaced. The «Cloud Train» is a book waiting to be completed.
The author’s Red House contains the Halls of Time, of Lost Innocence, of the Sea, and
of the Suicidal Authors. The village, in hatred of Ulysses and Blues, considers them
to be representatives of Evil and liable for every misfortune. Add to that a murder, a fox
and two dogs hanging on the iron fence, and a fire and we have a novel about love, death, loneliness, and the fear of the Different, written by an especially popular Greek author.
